Calculator scope
UK Work Pay provides general information and an estimate of statutory redundancy pay in England, Scotland and Wales for the 2026/27 rate period. Your entitlement can depend on your employment status, continuity of service and the relevant date. The estimate excludes enhanced redundancy pay, notice pay, holiday pay and individual tax calculations.
